Does exactly what it meant to do, help you fall asleep and stay asleep. even though it is a type of benzo it doesn’t have the side effects as some of more of the potent ones do. I always wake up feeling clear headed and non drowsy. 10x better then most over the counter sleeping tablets like restamine which keep you drowsy most the day and a headache. A from max again cheers
